Refund Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through this Platform. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 1 day after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the services have been communicated to such Hotels / Vehicles listed on the
2. TEMPLE TOURS does not accept cancellation requests for Extra Activities like delayed in temple darshan Service However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the Service delivered is not good.
3. With regards to the refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and canceled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of the cancellation policy as mentioned above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take approximately 2 – 4 weeks to complete, due to banking procedures If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to the Bank account, the bank charges would be deducted from the refund amount.
4. In case of any refunds approved by TEMPLE TOURS, it will take 1 day for the refund to be processed to you.
